Ecko team: Create a custom team. Choose a game mode then press Y and load your custom team. After returning to the team selection screen, press Left until the Ecko team appears. Kiss a cheerleader: After your first five seasons in franchise mode, at the end of the SuperBowl there will be a cheerleader waiting for you.
