‼️HOTSPOT METHOD‼️
You need 2 controllers.
And a Hotspot that allows you to “pause sharing” I’m using a galaxy s24.
- Using Controller 1, launch DayZ on anaccount that is different from theaccount you want to duplicate items toand wait for the “Press X to launch”screen.
- Using Controller 2, log in to the account you want to duplicate items on and press X on the “Press X to start” screen.
- Join the server you are duping on.
It’s important that once you join the server, you hit the ps button, hover over profile, then hit the ps button again. This will allow you to access the “log out” mentioned in later steps*
All of the following steps must becompleted within 10 seconds:
- Once you have uploaded to the server,turn off the Internet by using the “pause sharing” option on your phone.
- While the delay is still on, quickly exit the server and cancel 4 times,

Exit->yes->circle
Exit->yes
and the fourth time do not cancel the timer.
6.Then you need to hover over your “Log out” on your profile.
- On your phone, press resume sharing. IMMEDIATELY after hitting resume sharing, you hit log out. So fast that it is almost being pressed at the same time.
Controller two will now power off.
- You should be returned directly to the”Press X to start” screen.
- It will prompt a log in. Using controller one, sign into a third account.(an account separate from the one you started the game with and separate from the acc you’re duping.)
- Quickly grab controller 2, turn it on, select the account you’re duping. Quickly hit play and log back onto the server you’re duping on.
If you do the timing correct you will get a Clone
Sometimes it will be a 35 second timer(this almost guarantees you’ve done it correctly.) However you can still get it off a 15 second timer.
THINGS TO NOTE
Different servers will have different timing depending on your connection strength. I typically have the best luck on MI and NY servers but it could be different for you.
If it doesn’t work, you don’t need to restart the app, you can just his pause sharing and try again. However, if it makes you feel better, go for it.
