PlayStation Plus subscribers can now get 20% off when they spend over $100 on two PlayStation 5 accessories via the PlayStation Direct website, but only for a limited time. The PlayStation Plus exclusive offer launched on February 6 and will run until February 19, with a handful of PS5 accessories included in the offer, from DualSense controllers to PS5 Console Covers and more.
Alongside this massive new deal, Sony also recently kicked off a huge PlayStation Store sale for February 2025. According to the PlayStation Store, the sale will only be live until February 12, but there are some big discounts available until then. Recent triple-a titles like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 can be picked up for 30% off, knocking the price down from $69.99 to just $48.99, while critically acclaimed titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 have also received a steep discount. Rockstar Games’ smash-hit sequel can be purchased for just $19.79, which is a massive 67% off its original price. But for those looking for some new hardware accessories, Sony has now launched yet another sale for February.
PlayStation Direct Offers 20% Discount for PS Plus Subscribers
PlayStation users subscribed to the Lucrative PS Plus service now have even more goodies up for grabs. As of February 6, 2025, Sony has officially kicked off a new sale on the PlayStation Direct website. Until February 19, PS Plus subscribers can buy two PS5 accessories and get 20% off on purchases over $100. There are a few caveats, however. Not only is this deal only available for PS Plus subscribers, it’s also only on certain PS5 accessories. While fans can pick up a DualSense Edge controller or a PlayStation Portal for a discounted price, the PS VR2 and WD_Black storage upgrades aren’t included in the offer. All accessories included in the offer will be marked with the word “deal.”
The surprise offer comes just days after PlayStation released a fresh batch of games for PS Plus users for February 2025. While the standard PS Plus tier doesn’t grant subscribers access to the ever-growing game catalog, it does allow fans to get their hands on three new games every month that are then theirs to keep as long as they stay subscribed to the service. For February, fans subscribed to any of the three PS Plus tiers can pick up High on Life (PS4/PS5), Pac-Man World: Re-Pac (PS4/PS5), and Payday 3 (PS5) at no extra cost. These three titles will only be available to claim until March 3 when a new batch of games is rotated in.
Unfortunately, as great as the new sale is, it ends just one day before the launch of some brand new midnight black PS5 accessories. These new accessories were revealed all the way back in January and are scheduled to be released on February 20. Players can now pre-order the PlayStation Portal, DualSense Edge controller, Pulse Explore wireless earbuds, and Pulse Elite wireless headset all in the new midnight black color before their release later this month.
